The town shall establish a schedule of rates and charges to be charged the customers of the municipally-owned water distribution system of the town, for the providing of water and related services, from time to time as necessary, by ordinance. Such ordinances are hereby adopted by reference in to this code as if fully set forth herein. Copies of the schedule are available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
