§ 52.01  REMOVAL OF THE MUNICIPALLY-OWNED WATER UTILITY OF THE TOWN FROM THE JURISDICTION OF THE INDIANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION.
   The municipally-owned water utility of the town is hereby taken out of the jurisdiction of the Indiana Public Service Commission for rate making purposes, and rate making shall hence forth be conducted by the Town Council in accordance with IC 8-1-2-100 and all other applicable state laws and statutes.
