Single-family detached condominiums shall be subject to all requirements and standards of the applicable zoned district including minimum floor area requirements, regulations governing the distance between buildings and the attachment of buildings, and other requirements as set forth in this subchapter. Proposed single-family detached condominium projects shall not exceed the maximum permitted density for the district in which the project is located, as determined on the basis of minimum lot size standards set forth in Ordinance Nos. 184 and 167. All proper information and dimensions shall be depicted on the site plan so that the Planning Commission can determine that all applicable minimum requirements are met.
