All condominium projects shall conform to the requirements of this section and all other applicable regulations of this subchapter. It shall be the intent of this section to regulate single-family condominium projects in a similar manner as a subdivision plat, except that the review procedures of this subchapter shall apply. The substantive requirements for streets, sidewalks, utilities, storm drainage and subdivision layout and design as set forth in Public Act 288 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. § 560.101 et seq., as amended, and of the City of Croswell Subdivision Regulations, and City of Croswell Zoning Code, are intended to apply to single-family condominium projects. More specifically, condominium projects shall be subject to the following regulations in this subchapter.
