For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. The definitions set forth in § 151.03 of this chapter shall also apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this subchapter.
CONDOMINIUM LOT.
That portion of a condominium project designed and intended to function similar to a platted subdivision lot for purposes of determining minimum yard setback requirements and other requirements.
DETACHED CONDOMINIUM.
A condominium project designed to be similar in appearance to a conventional single-family subdivision, except that limited common areas are not arranged in such a manner as to create clearly defined condominium lots.
