The purpose of this subchapter is to regulate and control condominiums within the corporate limits of the municipality in order to promote the public health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare of the inhabitants of the municipality, consistent with the Master Plan and Zoning Ordinance; to secure adequate traffic circulation through coordinated street systems so as to lessen congestion on the streets and highways; to insure adequate provision for water, drainage and sanitary sewer facilities, and other health requirements; to achieve the maximum utility and livability on individual lots; and to provide logical procedures for the achievement of these purposes.
