§ 151.56 STREETS AND UTILITIES.
   Street and utility improvements shall be provided by the proprietor in accordance with the standards and requirements established in this section and/or any other such standards and requirements which may from time to time be established by the City Engineer or by the City Council.
   (A)   Street pavement width standards. Street pavement widths shall conform to at least the minimum requirements set forth in the Subdivision Regulations. Turnaround (loop) streets shall be not less than 80 feet in diameter at terminating loop with 27-foot wide pavement.
   (B)   Pavement design. Street pavement design shall conform to at least the minimum requirements set forth in the Subdivision Regulations.
   (C)   Grading and centerline gradients. Street grading and centerline gradients shall conform to at least the minimum requirements set forth in the Subdivision Regulations.
   (D)   Storm drainage system. Storm sewer standards shall conform to at least the minimum requirements set forth in the Subdivision Regulations.
   (E)   Sewage disposal. Sanitary sewer standards shall conform to at least the minimum requirements set forth in the Subdivision Regulations.
   (F)   Water supply. Water main standards shall conform to at least the minimum requirements set forth in Subdivision Regulations.
   (G)   Trees. Existing trees near street rights-of-way shall be preserved by the proprietor. Further, street trees shall be provided: at least one per lot or not more than one tree for each 50 feet, placed between the sidewalk and curb or between the curb and the property line where no sidewalks are provided.
   (H)   Requirements for underground wiring. The proprietor shall make arrangements for distribution lines for telephone and electric service and cable TV service to be placed underground entirely throughout a site condominium subdivided area, and such conduits or cables shall be placed within private easements provided to such service companies by the developer or within dedicated public ways except where, in the opinion of the Planning Commission, conditions exist which justify other means of distribution of service, these requirements may be altered to provide for such conditions. Those telephone and electric facilities placed in dedicated pubic ways shall be planned so as not to conflict with other underground utilities. All telephone and electrical facilities shall be constructed in accordance with standards of construction approved by the Michigan Public Service Commission. All drainage and underground utility installations which traverse privately owned property shall be protected by easements granted by the proprietor.
