The condominium project developer or proprietor shall furnish the city with the following.
(A) One copy of the recorded master deed.
(B) One copy of all restrictive covenants.
(C) Five copies of an "as built" survey, (which shall be reviewed by the City Engineer for compliance with city ordinances).
(D) Five copies of Condominium Subdivision Plan.
