(A) No person or person shall trespass on any private property, city property, or utility property without first obtaining permission from the property owners in the city.

(B) No person or persons shall mark, mar, destroy, any private property, city property, or utility property in the city.

(C) No person or persons shall be allowed to move any property from one place to another in the city, without first obtaining permission from the owners of the property.

(D) No person or persons shall be allowed to put or place any material of any kind whatsoever, or rubbish of any kind whatsoever on any private, city or utility property, or on any street, alley, lane, public or private drives without first obtaining permission from the property owners.
