§ 130.10 ABANDONED REFRIGERATORS.

It is unlawful to store, keep or possess any abandoned or disused ice box, refrigerator, or deep-freezer in any place where it is possible for anyone to become locked therein, without first disabling the same by removal of screws and hinges from door or removal of locking device from door of same.
