§ 130.05 CURFEW FOR MINORS.
   (A)   No minor children under the age of 16 years of age shall idle, loiter or congregate in or on any public street or highway, alley or park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless the minor or child shall be accompanied by a parent, guardian or some other person over the age of 18 years designated by the parent of such minor child.
   (B)   No minor child under the age of 18 shall loiter, idle or congregate on any public street, alley or park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless he or she is accompanied by a parent, guardian or some person over 18 years of age designated by the parent of such minor.
   (C)   It shall be a violation of this section for any person to aid, abet, assist or encourage any minor child to violate the provisions of this section.
   (D)   This section does not apply to a minor who is:
      (1)   Accompanied by a parent, guardian, or custodian;
      (2)   Accompanied by an adult specified by a parent, guardian, or custodian;
      (3)   Carrying out an errand or other lawful activity as directed by a parent, guardian, or custodian; or
      (4)   Occupying the sidewalk of the place where the minor resides, or the sidewalk of a place where the minor has permission from his or her parent or guardian to be, or the sidewalk of a next-door neighbor not communicating an objection to a police officer.
      (5)   Participating in, going to, or returning from:
         (a)   Lawful employment;
         (b)   A lawful athletic, educational, entertainment, religious, or social event; or
         (c)   Interstate travel."
