§ 130.03 ASSAULTING, THREATENING, HARASSING, OR INTIMIDATING BEHAVIOR.

(A) No person or group of people shall intentionally place another in reasonable fear of immediate harm through assaulting, threatening, harassing, or intimidating behavior.

(B) A person guilty of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
