§ 111.40 CARRIAGE OF SIGNALS.
   (A)   The company shall comply with all rules and regulations of the FCC with respect to the reception, carriage, and distribution of signals.
   (B)   Minimum channel compliment shall include all V.H.F. and U.H.F. channels significantly viewed in the city and public, community, and education channels as required by the FCC
   (C)   The company shall transmit and deliver over city channels the signals designated therefor by the City Council. The company shall not be expected to produce or oversee the production of the programming.
