The company shall provide true and accurate maps or plats showing the location of all existing cables, whether leased or owned outright, upon completion of construction of the system. The company will maintain the maps or plats in their office and they will be available for the city’s inspection during normal business hours. Attached to such maps or plats shall be a list of address of current subscribers.
