§ 111.06 ANNUAL FRANCHISE FEE.
   The company shall pay to the City Treasurer a franchise fee equal to 3% of the company's gross revenues derived from all cable services within the city, or $250, whichever is greater, based on the previous calendar year and payable on March 31 of each year.
