§ 110.25 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE; NONTRANSFERABILITY.
   (A)   Upon compliance or evidence of compliance with all of the requirements of this subchapter, the City Clerk shall issue licenses authorized under this section.

   (B)   Licenses issued under the provisions of this section shall not be transferable.
