§ 110.24 POLICE CHIEF APPROVAL REQUIRED.
   No license under this subchapter shall be granted to any applicant until the game and/or video device for which the license is sought is approved, by the Chief of Police. For the purpose of this section, the Chief of Police shall, within 20 days after submittal to him for approval, shall notify the City Clerk of his approval of any game and/or video device, unless he finds the game and/or video device is or may be modified to be a gambling device, in which case he shall notify the City Clerk that the game and/or video device is or may be in violation of the State Gambling Act, and shall disapprove the game and/or video device in writing.
