(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, partnership, or association to engage in the business of distribution of game and/or video devices in the city, or to distribute game and/or video devices without first having obtained a license therefor from the City Clerk.

(B) The annual license fee for a distributor shall be set forth in the following schedule:
1 to 10 game and/or video devices $30.00
11 to 25 game and/or video devices 75.00
Over 25 game and/or video devices,
additional per game and/or video device 3.00
(C) An application for a license shall contain the name, address, and telephone number of the distributor and other title holder of any game and/or video device.
