For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ARCADE.
Any place, premises or establishment or room set aside in a commercial establishment in which a substantial and significant portion of the business carried on involves the operation of game and/or video devices, or in or at which six or more game and/or video devices are located.
DISTRIBUTOR.
Any person, corporation, partnership or association engaged in the business of placing or who or which places game and/or video devices in arcades for operation by another.
GAME AND VIDEO DEVICES.
Any machine or device, including pinball machines, operated by means of insertion of a coin, token, or similar object, or otherwise, for the purpose of a game or contest of a skill or amusement.
