Each licensee shall pay an annual fee for each billiard table, bowling lane, or amusement or game device as follows.
(A) Poolroom license. $15 for the first pool or billiard table and $5 for each additional table. Each license shall designate the number of pool or billiard tables permitted thereunder, and no licensee shall keep or maintain more tables than permitted by such license.
(B) Bowling alley license. $1 for the first bowling alley and $5 for each additional bowling alley. Each license shall designate the number of bowling alleys permitted, and no licensee shall have more alleys than permitted by the license.
(C) Amusement and game device. $15 for the first game device and $5 for each additional amusement and game device. Each license shall designate the number of game devices permitted thereunder, and no licensee shall keep or maintain more game devices than permitted by such license.
