§ 110.05 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Any license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be revoked on the happening of any of the following events.
   (A)   The determination by the City Council that the license application contained false statements on any material matter.
   (B)   The conviction of any individual licensee, or in the case the licensee is a partnership, of any partner, or in the case of the licensee is a corporation, the managing agent, any officer, director or shareholder of a crime involving moral turpitude.
   (C)   The violation of any provision of this chapter.
