All sidewalks hereafter to be built, rebuilt or repaired on any of the streets or avenues of the city as aforesaid shall be of the following widths: on Wells Street from Howard Ave. to the east limit of the Railway grounds, the sidewalks shall extend from the lot line to the street curb, which shall be the width
of the sidewalks, and the same shall slope _ of an inch to the foot toward the curb. On Howard Ave. from Sanborn Ave. to Maple Street, six feet in width. On Ward Street from Howard Ave. to the east limit of the Railway grounds, on Howard Ave. from Maple Street to Harrington Ave., and from Sanborn Ave. south to the city limits; on north side of Sanborn Ave. from Howard Ave. to Pack Street, on north side of Wells Street to Ward Street, five feet in width; and all other walks shall be four feet in width.
