§ 97.04 RIDING ANIMALS OR BICYCLES ON SIDEWALKS.

No person shall ride or drive any horse, mule, as or cow, or any beast of burden whatever or any bicycle, tricycle or vehicle, or lead or drive any animal upon any sidewalk in the city.
