§ 97.01 OWNERS AND OCCUPANTS TO KEEP SIDEWALKS IN GOOD REPAIR.

It shall be the duty of the owners and occupants of lots and premises in the city to keep the sidewalks in the public streets of the city abutting upon such lots and premises in repair at all times and in condition reasonably safe and fit for public travel.
