On receipt by the City Clerk, copies of the application shall be forwarded to the chief law enforcement and health officers for the city, the State Fire Marshall, and to such other appropriate public officials as the Clerk deems necessary. Such officers and officials shall review and investigate matters relevant to the application and within 20 days of receipt thereof shall report their findings and recommendations to the Council.
