§ 90.05 PROHIBITED ACTIVITY.
   (A)   No person shall own, harbor, or keep any animal, licensed or unlicensed, which is vicious.
   (B)   No person shall own, harbor, or keep any animal, which has destroyed property or repeatedly causes damage by trespassing on the property of a person who is not the owner.
   (C)   No person shall own, harbor or keep any animal, licensed or unlicensed, which causes annoyance to the people in the neighborhood by causing loud or frequent or habitual barking, yelping, or howling.
   (D)   No personal shall keep or house any animals or domestic fowl within the city except dogs, cats, canaries or animals commonly classified as pets which are customarily kept or housed inside dwellings as household pets; excepting further, the temporary keeping of live poultry at any live poultry market incidental to the normal course of business.
