§ 50.05 INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL AND MULTIPLE-FAMILY GARBAGE.

The owners, managers, occupants or other responsible parties for all industrial and commercial firms and all multiple-family dwellings shall make satisfactory arrangements for the disposal of garbage and rubbish at their own expense in full compliance with all other provisions of this chapter regarding the storage and accumulation of garbage and rubbish and all other applicable local, state and federal laws. For purposes of this section, MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING shall mean a structure with three or more residential dwellings.
