§ 35.01 DISPOSITION OF RECOVERED PROPERTY.
   The City Administrator shall have the authority to sell and dispose of personal property recovered by the police or other city departments for which no claim has been made for more than one year in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the City Charter.
