§ 33.05 SOURCES OF REVENUE.

(A) The activities of the Authority shall be financed from one or more of the funding sources set out in Section 11 of Public Act 197 of 1975, being M.C.L.A. § 125.1661, as amended.

(B) The administration and financial accounting shall be conducted by the city administration staff in accordance with state regulations and city auditing requirements.

(C) There shall be established a Downtown Development Fund. The fund shall have an annual budget in keeping with the Croswell City Charter.
