§ 33.02 BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICT.
   The boundaries of the Downtown District within which the Downtown Development Authority shall exercise its powers shall be as follows.
   (A)   Land in sections 29, and 32, town 10 north, range east, City of Croswell and Lexington Township, Sanilac County, Michigan, described as:
   (B)   Beginning at a point 1021.10 feet east and 33 feet north of the north quarter corner of section 32; thence south 00 degrees 47' 00" west 272.00 feet along the west line of the "First Addition of the S.M. Fry Subdivision"; thence west 210.00 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 9 of the "S.M. Fry Subdivision"; thence south 00 degrees 47' 00" west 172.00 feet along the east right-of-way line of center street to a point where it intersects the south right-of-way line of Fry Street; thence west 811.12 feet to the north - south ¼ line of section 32; thence south 0 degrees 47' west 360 feet; thence south 89 degrees 48' 50" westerly 661.75 feet to the westerly shoreline of the Black River and the southeast corner of outlot "B" of "Assessor's Plat Number 1, City of Croswell"; thence north 36 degrees 11' 58" west 313.96 feet along the easterly line of said outlot"B" to the southeast corner of Lot 61 of said "Assessor's Plat Number 1"; thence north 35 degrees 58' 38" west 205.90 feet along the easterly line of said Lot 61 to the southeast corner of Lot 59 of said "Assessor's Plat Number 1"; thence north 31 degrees 27' 56" west 352.99 feet along the easterly line of said Lot 59 to the northeast corner of said Lot 59 and the southerly right-of-way line of Highway M-90; thence south 89 degrees 47' 34" west 63.1 feet thence north westerly 33 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 47 of "Assessor's Plat Number 1"; thence north 18 degrees 04' 30" west 165.14 feet to the easterly right-of-way of Davis Street; thence north 1 degrees 50' 30" east 267.2 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 27; thence north 18 degrees 24'30" east 322.60 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 28; thence north 40 degrees 29' 30" east 276.65 feet to the southern most point of Lot 31; thence north easterly 83' to the southern most point of Lot 32; thence north 56 degrees 04' 30" east 368.3 feet; thence north 67 degrees 20' 30" east 322.40 feet; thence north 2 degrees 56' 30"west 265.99 feet to the centerline of Old State Street; thence east to the centerline of Black River; thence along the centerline of Black River to the southwesterly point of Lot 12 of the "Mills, Pratt and Houghtalin's Addition" to the City of Croswell; thence east along the south line of Lots 12 & 11 of Block 3 of said plat to the southwest corner of Lot 10, Block 3 of said Plat; thence southerly along the west line of Lot 9, Block 3 of said Plat 200 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 3; thence east along the south line of Lot 9 and Lot 8, Block 3 of said Plat to the southeast corner of Lot 8; thence south 132 feet to the midpoint of the east line of Lot 3, Block 4 of the "Mills, Pratt and Houghtalin's Addition"; thence east along the north right-of-way line of Maple Street to the west right-of-way line at Howard Street; thence north 7 degrees 25' west 198 feet along the west line of Howard to the southeast corner of Lot 28, Block 6 of the "Moss, Mills, and Gaiges Plat of Croswell"; thence south 88 degrees 45' east 66 feet to the east side of Howard right-of-way and the northwest corner of Lot 6, lock 7 of the "Moss, Mills and Gaiges Plat of Croswell"; thence east along the north line of Lot 6, Block 7 of said Plat to the northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence due east to east right-of-way line of the Huron and Eastern Railroad; thence southeasterly along said right-of-way line to the south right-of-way line of Ward Street; thence north 88 degrees 45' west along the south right-of-way line of Ward Street to the northwest corner of Lot 10, Block 2, "Moss, Mills, and Gaiges Plat of Croswell"; thence southeasterly along the east right-of-way of Brown Street to the southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2 of said Plat; thence south 3 degrees 15' west 66 feet to the south right-of-way line of Sanborn Street; thence south 86 degrees 45' east 396 feet; to the west right-of-way line of McMoran Street; thence south 11 degrees east 1283 feet along said west right-of-way line to the north right-of-way line of State Street; thence south 89 degrees 59' 32" west 625 feet along said north right-of-way line; thence south 1374 feet to a point 258 feet east and 33 feet north of the south quarter corner of Section 29, said point being on the north right-of-way line of Peck Road (M-90); thence north 89 degrees 43' east to the point of beginning, containing 150 acres, more or less.
