§ 31.01 COMMISSION ESTABLISHED; PURPOSE.
   (A)   The City Council hereby establishes a Local Officer's Compensation Commission for the city pursuant to Public Act 8 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. 117.5c, as amended.

   (B)   The purpose of the Commission is to determine the salaries of all local elected officials.
