(A) The WWTP Superintendent will notify a user in writing, with postal receipt confirming notification, for the following as applicable:
(1) When the user becomes classified as a significant industrial user or is otherwise designated as needing a wastewater contribution permit, including why the user is so classified and further actions that shall be taken by the user to obtain a wastewater contribution permit.
(2) When the user is subject to new regulations or requirements, including a copy of the relevant documents, and further actions that shall be taken by the user to comply.
(3) When the user violates or is noncompliant with any provision of this chapter, including specific identification of the violation or noncompliance and further actions that shall be taken by the user to cease the violation or noncompliance.
(4) When the user is subject to enforcement action by the city, including a statement of the violation(s) requiring enforcement, the action being pursued, and further actions that shall be taken to cease the violation or noncompliance.
(B) The WWTP Superintendent may provide other notifications to one or more users as deemed as necessary to ensure compliance with this chapter.
