SECTION 2.4 TERMS OF OFFICE.

Effective in 1985 there shall be three (3) members elected to the City Council and in 1987 there shall be two (2) members elected and elections shall be staggered in such manner hereafter. Those whose terms have not expired shall fulfill their terms.
