§ 32.14 INTERFERENCE.
   No person shall give or make, or cause to be given or made, a fire alarm without probable cause, or neglect or refuse to obey any reasonable order of the Chief at a fire, or interfere with the Fire Department in the discharge of its duties. At the scene of any fire where the Fire Department has been called, the Fire Chief or his or her designate shall be in full charge and control and shall have authority over the property owners and all other city employees.
