The Assistant Fire Chief shall hold a monthly training session practice drill of at least two hours duration for the Fire Department and shall give or arrange for instruction to the firefighters in approved methods of firefighting and fire prevention. Continued absence is determined by the Chief from Department drills, meetings, or fires.
