§ 32.06 CAPTAIN.
   A Captain is appointed by the Fire Chief. In order to be appointed as a Captain, a person must be a member of the Fire Department, in good standing, and have been a member of the Fire Department for a minimum of five years, and must have state certification as Firefighter I and Firefighter II.
