§ 30.03 MOTOR VEHICLE DEPUTY REGISTRAR.
   The city provides Motor Vehicle Deputy Registrar sendees through the City Clerk-Treasurer’s office located at City Hall. The Commissioner of Public Safety has appointed the Deputy Registrar pursuant to M.S. § 168.33, as it may be amended from time to time, and the Assistant Deputy Registrar.
