§ 30.02 CLERK-TREASURER.
   The office of the City Clerk and City Treasurer are combined in the office of Clerk-Treasurer, and thereafter the duties of each office as the same existed prior to January 1, 1970, shall be performed by the City Clerk-Treasurer.
