§ 154.130 INTENT.
   Because of changes in the character of the community and tourism trends across the region, the city recognizes the need to allow bed and breakfast developments within the city within certain zoning districts and with performance standards that protect the integrity of the surrounding zoning district and health, safety, and welfare of the general public.
