(A) No short-term rental may be operated without a valid short-term rental license issued pursuant to this chapter.
(B) All new short-term rental operations as of the enactment date of this chapter shall obtain a license from the county prior to commencing operations.
(C) A separate short-term rental license is required for each unit on a parcel that has short-term rental operations conducted in it.
(D) All short-term rental licenses are an annual license and must be renewed each year. License renewal applications for rental operations in the following year must be submitted prior to any rental activity. Licenses are valid from January 1 to December 31 each year.
(E) The owner or owner’s authorized agent shall permit access to the property and all permitted units at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection upon request of the county.
