§ 71.62 RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   One-way traffic. Cyclists riding on sidewalks within the regulated area must ride in the same direction as the flow of traffic in the adjacent lane of the abutting street on the sidewalk area closest to the street.
   (B)   Speed limit. Cyclists riding on sidewalks within the regulated area are not to exceed four miles per hour (walking pace).
