§ 71.61 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   REGULATED AREA. The restrictions set forth in this subchapter apply to the sidewalks on both sides of the following streets within the city:

      (1)   W. Main Street (State Highway 210/State Highway 6) from 2nd Ave. N.E. West to 3rd Ave. N.W.

      (2)   3rd Ave. N.W. from mid-block between 4th St. N.W. and 3rd St. N.W., where the sidewalk/trail begins on the west side of the street, south to 2nd St. S.W.

   PEDESTRIANS. A person walking a bicycle is a pedestrian, not a cyclist. The restrictions set forth in this subchapter do not apply to a person walking a bicycle.
