§ 53.13 OTHER DESIGN STANDARDS.
   (A)   State storm water manual. All volume control for water quality and quantity and site design specifications shall conform to the current version of the state storm water manual.
   (B)   Site erosion and sediment control requirements. All erosion and sediment control requirements shall conform to the current requirements of NPDES/SDS construction storm water general permit.
   (C)   Minimum setback. A minimum of 20 feet shall be provided on all sides of all publicly-owned storm water facilities for facility maintenance.
