§ 53.05 GREATER RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   In case the provisions of this chapter and requirements of other governmental organizations overlap or conflict, the strictest provisions shall apply to the permitted land disturbing and/or land development activities.
   (B)   The provisions of this chapter are not intended to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions. However, where this chapter imposes greater restrictions, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail.
