Any project approved must be constructed and managed so as to not impede the removal of snow or other normal city maintenance efforts. The issuance of a permit under this subchapter does not obligate the city to repair or replace any privately installed object on public property, including, without limitation, mailboxes not installed according to current U.S. Postal Service regulations, landscaping features, or sod.
