§ 150.20 INSURANCE.
   Any permittee except a public utility corporation shall furnish proof that the permittee has in existence an insurance policy protecting the permittee from liability to the public, including the city, to an amount not less than an amount as set forth by City Council from time to time for any and all claims arising out of the permitted work.
