§ 113.21 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   No pawnbroker shall keep the pawnbroker business open for the transaction of business on any day of the week before 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. and shall not be open for the transaction of business on Sundays, New Year’s Day, Fourth of July Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
