§ 111.38 REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.
   The City Council may revoke or suspend any gambling license for violation of any provision or condition of this subchapter or any state law or rule incorporated in this subchapter, subject to the requirements and conditions as contained in state law and applicable rules of the Charitable Gambling Control Board.
