§ 111.01 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.
   Any business located in the Central Business District may apply to the City Clerk-Treasurer for a permit to conduct business on the public sidewalk immediately adjoining the building where the business is located. Permits are valid from April 1 through March 31. Use of the permit shall be subject to all the terms in this section.
