§ 94.67 UNLAWFUL TO EXCEED THE SCOPE OF THE PERMIT.
   The special event permit authorizes the event permit holder to conduct only such an event as is described in the permit, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the permit. It is unlawful for the permit holder to willfully violate the terms and conditions of the permit.
